Here’s how to make sea moss gel so you can add it to drinks, oatmeal and more.
Sea Moss Gel is the foundation to using sea moss.
Be sure to rinse your sea moss thoroughly and allow it to soak for at least 6 hours
- I recommend pulling the dried sea moss apart so that the water gets in really well.
- After rinsing, place it in a bowl and massage it. This helps to loosen the foreign sea particles that are still lodged.
- And of course remove any visible dirt and debris before allowing it to soak.
