Eat to Live Journey
For far too long I have witnessed the healthcare industry treat illnesses without finding the underlying cause of the issues people are facing.
Eating to live is more than just finding the right foods, it’s about creating a healthy lifestyle. I truly believe you can prevent and treat many sicknesses without the use of medications. The answer is in the foods we already have available to us, as well as the choices that we make.
Whether that be a healthy diet, or engaging in more physical activity, we have the final say in our own health.
Through regular exercise and eating foods that are rich in nutrients, you can deliver what your body naturally needs.
By addressing the causes of many diseases, such as inflammation, you can see a drastic change in the way your body functions.
This may be a very new concept for some, but it is my passion to help you navigate this journey.

The key to living a long and healthy life is in what you eat. The food you choose will make a big difference in your health. In addition to following an overall healthy eating pattern, moving your body regularly, and incorporating other healthy lifestyle habits is the key to living a long healthy life.
This is how you Eat to Live
- Prepare your meals at home using whole or minimally processed foods.
- Create a weekly plan of your meals, this is the key to fast, easy meal preparation.
- Choose foods with plenty of color like vegetables and fruit.
- Avoid sugary drinks and instead drink water and add a squeeze of lemon for flavor.
- Eat smaller meals more often.
- Make sure you are choosing healthy snacks.

I am here to share my knowledge of using food as medicine to prevent sickness and illness.
